Promobi currently operates as an independent software catalog and inquiry website. It does not accept online payments, process credit cards, issue digital license keys or automatically complete orders. There is therefore no transaction to refund or cancel through this website.
Canceling a product inquiry
Submitting an inquiry is not an obligation to purchase anything. If you want to withdraw an inquiry, send a new contact message with the original inquiry reference and request that it be closed. The operator should review and handle your request.
Possible future purchases
If an order is offered through another separately verified selling process, the final seller must explain delivery, activation, cancellation and refund eligibility before collecting payment. Those terms will govern the transaction and must comply with applicable law. Digital license products may have restrictions after redemption, which must be disclosed before purchase.
