This notice describes how the Promobi website at promobipvt.shop handles information when you browse the catalog or submit an inquiry. It describes the functionality of this PHP website template, not any separate payment or commerce platform.
Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, we ask for your name, email address, subject and message. When you submit a product inquiry, we ask for your name, email address, optional message and products selected. Please do not send financial account numbers, passwords, license keys or other sensitive information.
How the information is used
Submitted data is used to review your question, maintain a record of the inquiry and respond when an active contact process has been configured. It is not used by this site to create marketing profiles or to process payments.
Where inquiry information is stored
Inquiries are written to JSON records in a server-side folder outside the public website directory. When a real business contact email is configured and server email delivery is working, the site also attempts to forward the inquiry. Your hosting provider may handle server logs and transmission records under its own terms. The website owner is responsible for restricting server access, establishing a retention schedule, honoring deletion requests and securing any mail copies. The template does not automatically delete past inquiries.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a necessary PHP session cookie for the inquiry basket, CSRF form security, and abuse prevention. It does not add advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or cross-site tracking libraries. The website uses no browser local storage. Your hosting provider may have its own essential technologies.
Third-party resources
Product images, editorial photographs and fonts are served directly by this website. Browsing does not require requests to NextGenTeky, Unsplash or Google Fonts. No remote JavaScript or advertising library is included. If you follow an external link, that website's own privacy policy applies.
Security and limitations
Reasonable technical controls include server-side input validation, anti-CSRF tokens and storing inquiry data outside the public web root. No online system can guarantee total security. Production hosting should use HTTPS, access controls, backups and regular security updates.
Your choices
Do not submit an inquiry if you do not want the listed information processed. For requests to access, correct or delete previously submitted data, use the site's contact form and provide your inquiry reference. The site operator should configure its real contact information before public launch.
Changes
This notice may change as real fulfillment, payment, email or analytics services are added. Material changes should be reflected here before the new functionality launches.
